Join the online 2026 Ramen Challenge to help raise awareness about epilepsy and SUDEP. Campaign window: March 22, 2026 through June 30, 2026. How to participate: 1) Eat ramen at a restaurant or at home, or make a donation instead of the food challenge. 2) Record a short video accepting the challenge and mention epilepsy/SUDEP awareness. 3) Post your video on social media and tag @markshaparinfdn (and the restaurant, if applicable). 4) Include hashtags: #SlurpforSeizureSafety #EndTheSUDEPSecret #SUDEPAwareness #SUDEP #EpilepsyAwareness. 5) Challenge at least 5 people to participate or repost.
