3/22 Mark Shaparin Foundation Ramen Challenge Kick-Off Event

Kick off the Mark Shaparin Foundation's 2026 Ramen Challenge in person with bowls from local restaurants and community awareness activities. How to participate at the kick-off: 1) Register using the event link. 2) Attend on Sunday, March 22, 2026 from 12:30 PM to 4:00 PM ET. 3) Record a short challenge video at the event. 4) Post your video and tag @markshaparinfdn to invite others. The full online challenge campaign runs for 100 days from March 22, 2026 through June 30, 2026.
