Gogoyo Ramen is a really interesting experience. I enjoyed the food and the novelty of it right away—it’s clear there’s a very high level of craftsmanship behind every dish. The flavors are thoughtful and well-executed, and the presentation of each bowl is amazing and clearly intentional. I went at 6:30pm with a group of four and we were seated immediately, which was a great start to the evening. The ambience really stood out to me, it’s easily one of the best ramen shop environments I’ve experienced. The drink program is strong, with plenty of sake and other options to pair with the food, and the staff was kind and welcoming throughout our visit. The appetizers were excellent and complemented the ramen nicely. That said, at this price point, I personally still find myself drawn to some more affordable spots where I enjoy the flavors even more. Still, if you’re a serious ramen enthusiast, I 100% recommend trying Gogoyo at least once or twice. The creativity, unique flavors, and overall presentation are absolutely worth experiencing
