“I think this might be the most enjoyable yuzu ramen I've had so far, and I'm already a big fan of paitan broth. I went with the Triple Chicken Yuzu Ramen, and what I really appreciated was how well-balanced everything was. The yuzu was noticeable without being overpowering, and it worked really well with the creamy chicken broth. Sometimes citrus can take over a bowl, but that wasn't the case here. You still get to enjoy the richness of the paitan, with the yuzu adding a nice refreshing touch. I also went with the combo, which came with gyoza and a drink. I chose the lemon ginger tea, which was really nice, and the gyoza were a solid addition to the meal. Definitely worth considering if you're already planning to order ramen. One thing I appreciate about Kuu Ramen is how much you can customize your bowl. They have a pretty extensive list of additional toppings, along with different broth options, so there's plenty of room to experiment depending on what you're in the mood for. Another small thing I really enjoyed was saving the egg for the end. By that point, it had soaked up so much of the broth's flavor, and it tasted really good. Sometimes it's those little things that make a bowl memorable. I definitely need to come back and explore more of the menu, especially some of their other ramen options. But based on this visit, the Triple Chicken Yuzu Ramen is a bowl I'd happily recommend, especially if you enjoy chicken paitan like I do.”
