Our Take
NONONO builds its ramen and yakitori programs around the whole chicken: meat goes to the skewers while the bones become broth. The bi-level Madison Avenue dining room also serves Japanese comfort food, lunch sets, and weekend brunch, so it works for both a ramen stop and a broader group meal.
Editor’s notes
Official site confirms the whole-chicken yakitori-to-ramen concept and current service windows. Google Maps confirms the Place ID, coordinates, 4.4 rating, address, phone, and highlights shoyu chintan ramen.
