Now that the initial hype has died down, I was finally able to try Cospa Ramen. The restaurant was clean, the ordering process was easy, and the food came out quickly. The ramen is inexpensive, but it doesn’t taste cheap. You get a generous amount of noodles, and honestly, it tasted better than a lot of $20 bowls I’ve had in the city. The thinly sliced pork chashu was also really good and worked perfectly with the bowl. Cospa delivers exactly what the name promises: good ramen at a great value. I’d recommend it, especially as a quick and affordable spot that's open until 2am!
