Ramen Setagaya (Williamsburg)
A nice spot with a rustic atmosphere and authentic ramen. They have ramen made from 2 signature broths - tonkotsu and chicken, as well as vegan options. The Tori-shio ramen was straightforward without frills. Noodles were the kansui type with menma, seaweed, strips of grilled chicken thighs, scallions, and a seasoned egg as toppings.
